During the first phase of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026 across Haryana, officials conducted extensive door-to-door enumeration. Due to strict verification standards, approximately 33.84 lakh voters were left unrecorded in the initial draft roll.
Why Were 33.84 Lakh Names Left Out?
The state election department identified several specific reasons for these unrecorded records:
- 13.75 Lakh Voters: Permanently shifted to other residences or locations.
- 9.36 Lakh Voters: Absent or not home when official enumerators visited.
- 7.66 Lakh Voters: Deceased (passed away).
- 2.04 Lakh Voters: Already registered elsewhere (duplicate electors).
- Around 1.01 Lakh Voters: Did not submit their enumeration forms.
Important Note: If your name is among those unrecorded or missing, do not worry! The window for submitting claims and objections is open from 31st July to 30th August 2026. You can submit Form 6 to re-include your name.

How to Download CEO Haryana Draft Voter List 2026 PDF (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Access the CEO Haryana Portal
First, open your web browser on your phone or computer and visit the official Chief Electoral Officer Haryana website at ceoharyana.gov.in.
Step 2: Locate the Draft Electoral Roll Link
On the homepage, navigate to the main menu or notification section and click on the “Draft Electoral Roll 2026 as on 31-07-2026” link.
Step 3: Fill in Your Area Details on the ECI Portal
Once you click the link, you will be automatically redirected to the official ECI Electoral Roll portal. On this page, select Haryana as the State, 2026 as the Year of Revision, and choose SIR Draft 2026 as the Roll Type. Next, pick your respective District, Assembly Constituency, and preferred Language.
Step 4: Find Your Specific Polling Station
After selecting your constituency details, a complete list of polling stations and Part Numbers (Booth Numbers) for your area will appear on the screen. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate your local booth or area name.
Step 5: Start and Complete the Download Process
Click on the download button next to your polling station. The system will initiate the process—wait a few seconds for the download progress to complete so all selected pages are fetched properly.
Step 6: Save and Verify Your Voter List File
Save the downloaded PDF file on your device for future reference. Open the document to search for your name, EPIC number, or family details in the Haryana Draft Voter List 2026.
What Should You Do If Your Name Is Missing?
If your name was excluded during the SIR 2026 enumeration process, you can get it added before the final voter list publication:
- Check the ASDD List: Visit the CEO Haryana portal to check the Absent, Shifted, Dead, Duplicate (ASDD) list.
- Submit Form 6: Fill out Form 6 online on the ECI Voter Portal or submit a physical copy to your local Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) or Booth Level Officer (BLO).
